Jamu is a traditional Indonesian medicine made of natural ingredients such as roots, flowers, herbs, seeds, leaves, fruits and barks. Being a type of medicine, many types of jamu have bitter taste. However there are some jamu that taste great and can be consumed as regular drinks.
How is your jamu different from those instant powder jamu?
We insist of using real fresh ingredients for our jamu. That means we don’t use instant powder to brew our jamu. When we use fresh ingredients, we ensure that our jamu is not mixed (adulterated) with other unnatural products that can be hard to detect if we use instant powder.
When do you brew my jamu?
Upon receiving your order, we will brew your jamu on the same day (if it is possible) or within one or two days.
Can my children drink jamu?
Yes, in fact our most popular jamu, Beras Kencur, is very popular with children and it is also good for them. Of course, moderation is key. Even good things should not be consumed excessively.
Should I enjoy jamu chilled or warmed?
Most of our jamu are best enjoyed chilled. But of course some people prefer to drink it warmed. Please note that our bottles are not microwave safe. If you would like to warm your jamu, please pour it to a microwave safe cup or other container and warm it in microwave or by other means.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using PayNow, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit/Debit card.
How do you keep my payment information secure?
We use third party payment gateway Stripe for payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit/Debit card. Stripe is a global payment platform that is used by millions of businesses around the world. We do not keep your credit card info on our site. For payment using PayNow, we are currently using Aeterna Solutions as our payment receiver. PayNow is a peer-to-peer fund transfer service launched by the Association of Banks in Singapore. The end-to-end process of a PayNow transaction is secure and adopts the same security standards established by the banking industry in Singapore for funds transfer.
When will my order be delivered?
We will notify your via email or WhatsApp chat/call when your order is ready to be delivered. Normally this will be within 1 – 2 days after you submitted your order and settled payment.
What happen if I am not home during delivery?
When you receive the notification of order shipment, you can arrange for alternative delivery time. In case you are not home during an agreed delivery time, your order may be placed outside your door. We are using a third party delivery service, as such, it is quite difficult to arrange a return of delivery. Please make sure someone will be home to receive the delivery unless you don’t mind your items placed outside your door.
